Delivery & In-Store Pickup

Most of our products are available for in-store pickup at our Warsaw office or can be delivered directly to your door via fast courier shipping. You will find real-time availability and delivery options on every product page. We will keep you updated on your order status (packing, production, or ready for pickup) via email.

In-Store Pickup (Warsaw)

• Available immediately: Most flagpoles and bases are in stock and ready to go. Reserve them online to speed up the process, and pay at the counter using cash or card.
• Custom-printed items: Flags for our beach flags are custom-printed to order. Production and assembly usually take 4–6 business days.
• Wait for our alert: Whether your items are in stock or custom-made, please wait for our confirmation email before coming to collect your order. We will let you know the moment it is 100% ready.

Courier Shipping

We partner with top-tier logistics providers, including FedEx, InPost, DPD, DHL, oraz UPS, ensuring reliable and secure delivery.

• Standard parcels (up to 30 kg): Shipped daily directly from our central warehouse.
• Oversized & pallet shipping: Due to their size (e.g., long flagpoles), some items require special handling and cannot be packed together, or must be shipped on pallets.

Transparent Pricing

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. In rare cases where a custom shipping quote is needed (e.g., for unusual dimensions), we will contact you via email before dispatch. If you do not accept the updated shipping cost, you can cancel your order for an immediate 100% refund.
