What data do we collect and for what purpose?

We process your personal data only when it is necessary to handle your purchases and inquiries:
Order fulfillment: We process your first name, last name, delivery address, email address, phone number, as well as company details and NIP (in the case of invoices). The legal basis is the necessity for the performance of a sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Customer service and communication: When you send us an email or call us, we process your contact details to respond to your inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest).
Billing and taxes: We store data from invoices and accounting documents because we are required to do so by tax law regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Marketing and Newsletter (optional): If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, we will process your email address to inform you about news and promotions. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who has access to your data?

Your shopping cart and the delivery process require cooperation with external partners. We transfer your data only to trusted entities with whom we have signed data processing agreements:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland, if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully.
